Add website extensions and new link for New Home sales

I need 6 new "Landing Pages" I want them to look very similar to the first page but the need to say Something like High Rises or Foreclosures or New Home Sales or Luxury Homes somewhere on the page. The address would be something like [login to view URL] Rises ETC. Let me know what it would cost to set these pages up. I want them to function just like the homepage in terms of searching.
