Custom Wordpress template implementation

I had a custom wordpress template created by a designer, and now I need the PSD files added to the Wordpress platform of www.weddingplannerboston.net. I have the PSD files for site 1, where I have been told I will need to buy [login to view URL] in order to easily and quickly clon&e my original template, where I can add in a plumber, landscaper, dentist etc. I am mirroring the efforts of [login to view URL], where they rent out a site like [login to view URL], and they just plug in content for each new customer into a standard template. This is exactly what I want to do but I don't know how to put the foundation in place to see this through. I have the PSD files for the enclosed mock-up. Looking forward to communicating. Thank you.
