Convert Adium instant messenger theme into a Disgby theme

This is for personal rather than business I'm looking to either import or re-make a particular IM theme from a Mac messenger application called Adium into a Windows based one called Digsby. Most Adium themes seem to be compatible with Digsby due to this program using Webkits, sadly the one I'm after isn't. The themes are zip files and from my limited understanding uses css, html and png images.
