Adding credit card payment method to website and ensuring pdf link to customers work

Please note this project is at a fixed price so bid accordingly I am looking for a person that is capable of replacing a PayPal payment method on my website to a different form of payment method to enable customers buy single pdf or join as a member to my website. The payment method on the website works with PayPal and just needs changing over to a new payment method, please read the following and fully understand what is needed before you bid. Project description and what is needed : • Customers must be able to download a single pdf from my website after paying a fixed price. • Also an option to join as a member and log on to have full downloadable access to all PDF on my website when needed (This facility has already been installed in the website software using Pay Pal and needs changing to a new payment format). • Please visit my website and fully understand how it works before bidding. Website address: [login to view URL] • Once this work has been completed they must prove that both payment methods to my bank account work and that once a customer has paid for a single pdf, or membership they will receive a download link by email to be able to open the pdf to view. • Also annual membership payments must be processed as above and joining details and dates must be registered in the installed hidden webpage software to enable me to delete the membership once the membership has expired. All this is already built into the website hidden software and works already with PayPal, it just needs changing over to the new payment method so should not be too difficult to change. • I will need advice on what is the best payment method that will work with single and membership payment for customers to buy single PDF and join as a member, similar to [login to view URL], but it must be compatible and meet with all UK laws, such as: Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) PCI DSS which is a set of security standards that help reduce the risk of customers' card data getting into the wrong hands. Becoming PCI compliant is mandatory for all businesses accepting card payments. • I have a tight budget and this project is a fixed price, so please bid accordingly, please do not bid with unrealistic bids. • Please provide similar projects completed, people with no experience please do not bid. • A 30 day after sales error repair must be included to resolve any errors in the bidders work. • Milestone payments must be agreed at start of project, on completion of project and after the 30 day after sales servive. 3 Milestone payments will be made in total. • Once all work has been completed, you must test and ensure all payment method work and the customer gets his single pdf purchase link by email and that the. • You must give me a daily update on the progress of all work you have completed.
