Dear sir/madame i hope you are doing well, i have just seen your project and i am really interest working for you. As i understand by the brief you attched you need a modern and maybe minimal website for your fashion blog. I would reccomend to use a cms platform like joomla or wordpess which has and administration panel where you add your articles. The website i am going to built for you will have an attractive front page to captivate the visitor so he continues reading and not leaving the website. also modern blog post with images slideshow or videos and of course social connection with all the necessary social media. Also the website will come with a responsive design so it can be compatible with all the devices (tablets,mobile phones e.t.c) finally if you don't have any experience on cms platforms i can show you how to use it it is very simple like writing a text on microsoft word. Before choosing the final version i can show you some demo pages to choose and work on it.
