Build & Design a Boostraped, Fast, Responsive, Shopify theme from scratch

I want to create a highly converting shopify theme that I can use multiple times across different shops and brands. It must be built with boostrap, be highly responsive (developed with the mobile user experience as priority), fast, and easy for me to edit things like colour schemes, fonts etc. in future without the need of a developer. Ideally using the shopify theme editor. It will be based on certain principles which are deemed to produce highly converting websites...there are some themes out there which have the functions I want but unfortunately they are slow, unresponsive, and rather ugly, as they have been developed by conversion experts and not designers. The following theme has many of the "features" that I want for my highly converting website: [login to view URL] Also the following website uses a theme with many of the same principles for high conversions: [login to view URL] I want someone to design something that features ALL of the important functions and features of these website, but to actually look nice and well balanced as well, and then obviously to perform really well on mobile. The header is particularly important and should contain all of the key features of those two examples above...things like coupon, phone number, "free shiping!" hello bar, search bar, button to "join the club" etc...All of these should be bold and instantly visible to the user. Similarly further down the page, there is a large section for customer testimonials, there is a section where two videos are embedded (trust videos), there is also another big "join the club" button, and finally lots of trust symbols generally, and payment option images.. Other key features are things like the embedded videos on the "store" view on brewtapper.com... as well as embedded video in the "product" view on that website. Also in product view, when viewing on mobile, videos are in line with images. These are just some of the features...You would really have to study those two websites and get a feel for the sorts of features that I am looking for. We would have to go over it in detail together. This will be a site for a relatively small number of products...maybe 10-20...so no need for huge multi level menus and massive side navigation bars. Initially I will be using this to develop a homebrew products brand named "Brewer's Elite". I will attach the logo to this proposal, so that you can get an idea for colour schemes and fonts...again I must stress that ideally it will be easy for me to change these down the line should I need to.
