Build an Online Store

Hi Developers, I'm basically looking for a web developer to develop a website similiar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] This is basiaclly a Fifa 16 Ultimate Team Pack Opening site, where end users purchase packs and open them. The user makes a purchase depending on the pack and virtual coins are added, once added the user based on the number coins can open up the packs for example if a user purchases 500K coins they can open up packs worth 100K, 50K, 35K, etc. Once the pack is opened the number of coins is deducted from the total i.e. 500K-100K = 400K. Once the pack is opened, the value of the pack is added up to give a total. For example once the 100K pack is opened it will display 15 player cards this can rare, standard or inform cards. The total of the 15 players is then added onto the difference i.e. 500K-100K = 400K then add the packs total so 15 players might value in 120K which gives a lump sum of 400K + 120K = 520K a profit of 20K. The profit should be displayed in a users dashboard showing the packs opened with profit and loss in each pack opening. The number packs should be 10K, 25K, 35K, 50K, 100K, 250K, 500K packs. The 10K packs should cotain 10 players, which will include non rare and rare players, it can include 1x IF silver player or 1 x IF bronze player. The IF silver or bronze player is guaranteed. The 25K pack should include 12 players, which will include just like the 10K pack non rare Gold Players and 1 x IF Silver Player and 1 IF Bronze Player guarenteed. The 35k Pack can contain 15 players all rare gold players and and 1 x Rare Inform Gold Player over 85 or can contain 1 TOTY (Team of the year player) Player guaranteed. The 50K pack can contain 15 players all rare gold players with 1 x Rare Inform Gold Player rating 88 and above or maybe 1 x IF player gold rating 90 or above. But the 1xIF Rare Gold Player rating above or equal to 88 is guaranteed. The 100K pack can contain 20 players rare gold players with 1 x Rare Inform Gold Player ratings 88 and above and maybe 1 x IF player gold rating 90 or above. But the 1xIF Rare Gold Player rating above 88 is guaranteed. Please check out attached word document for additional criteria and information.
