CSS to HTML conversion

You will take an existing website page that utilizes HTML tables and (a hacked up version of) css to display content and convert it to a CSS basis. The site has links to a css page and a link to a javascript page; however there is additional embedded css and javascript in the html itself that make the page sloppy/code intensive. I want the css to be cleaned up so that 'extra' code is minimized. For example, call out the FONT attribute one time in the css file rather than what I have done called out Arial several times throughout the css file. I want the body content which is shown as @BODY@ to be moved to the top when a person (or googlebot) views the source code. The page should be centered as it is today and should work in Firefox, IE6, and IE7. I currently use a hack for boxes so that the display looks appropriate in all browsers. This is not a difficult project... I just don't have time to do it. The website is [login to view URL] Don't worry about all of the CONTENT inside the BODY section. This will be replaced with @BODY@.
