Consultant Registry - Zoho-interface

We need someone to finish the programming and set-up of our online recruiting portal. This site is intended for prospective consultants to register with us and submit resumes and work samples into a database that can be queried later as consulting projects come online. Currently, when someone fills fill out the form, it sends us a text document, with no formatting, and the information is not stored in a database or queryable. Since we are expecting many of applicants, this is our problem. We have contacted Zoho Recruit, because of their database and functionality. We have created a draft Application form within Zoho Recruit. The link is - [login to view URL] Questions: 1. What is the simplest solution? 2. What is the most cost effective and sustainable solution? REQUEST: 1. Our website form must be connected to a database so that the form (a) looks like the current version (US Registry), (b) receives applications flawlessly, and (c) information can be stored and queried in a recruitment database. PROPOSALS: 1. Must include hourly rate. 2. Must include fixed rate. 3. Must include your recommended solution. 4. Must include your qualifications and comparable work samples.
