Convert a Template to a Website and add new desing in adminpanel

i have complete coded website you just have to code a new design for it and change admin panel design, admin panel design is ready u just have to integrate it. i just need front end fresh coded on my rough design i will provide. once you have coded you will implement the new design via teamviewer. i am not sharing source code of real script if ur work is crap dont even think about biding i need neat & clean work without any security flaws and bugs i will test both of these. i myself a php developer i dont have time to complete this i will test each and everything before i pay i know the cost of this simple work so dont over bid a guy was agreed on 12$ but he is not free this month so i need this completed this month if you agree the above bid only dont waste your and my time more details via private
