We need to create an HTML5 + CSS3 home page for a web site. It has to be 100% responsive and look great on mobile. We provide a Template and a guide from where to get the HTML modules for aeach section. The only thing to create from scratch is prenav, nav and home slider (fixed image). We also provide original PSD's with the complete design! We have USD20 for this project HTML and need to be done for tomorrow. I attach to this project a JPG sample of what's to create. IT is MOST IMPORTANT to use the template we will provide, because later on, the rest of the page will use the template.
