Exportbrobrokers Ltd is specialized in 3 fields, Sourcing, Export promotion and trading and liquidating of exec inventories. Over the years we did became one of the bigger networks and it is time we move to a new level in the development of our company and or network. We do have our own website that have a reasonably good position in the search engines. Where we want to go, we do have several thousand of clients and associated partners worldwide in our network, lots of small traders but also giants line Exxon Mobile, Akzo Novel and many others. Because we are not a regular company we want to set up a web portal that is totally unusual. There are loads of b2b sites our there and after making as study we found out that non of them work. Most of them are flooded with Chinese manufacturers and are a nest for scams from Nigeria, Benin and other countries. All thes b2b site are getting their income out of subscriptions, the do not monitor or check the postings on their site, this mean anybody that has a computer can do there his or her thing. That is not wat we want. We are a trading and sourcing company, we help others finding their product, sell of or liquidate there excess stock, or set up a world wide distributing network. Our new web portal must just do that, how we want to aggrieve this? • First of all it has to be search engine friendly, we want visitors especially new ones. We want to get the word out. • We have many clients in development countries, meaning that many visitors are not sophisticated users of the internet. The site must an international business look and must be extremely easy to navigate. Meaning text links must be supported by small pictogram that can be easily recognized by international users and no difficult structures • Next to the informative part of the site we do need a database driven B2B offer and wanted module. Nothing special there are many open source modules available. There will be one big deference we do moderate all postings and users can not communicate with each other, all communication [ sales and sourcing ] will go trough us. We have 3 kind of users of the B2B module, we ourselves post all our offers and sourcing inquiries, partners that are approved by us receive a unique Partner ID, users name and password. Partners can post there offers and or sourcing inquiries themselves after logging in. They can not add any contact details in any form to their posting, we will moderate all postings to see if the are done in the proper way and add out mark up the offers [ add our commission ] before the are viewable by visitors. All postings will be published for a limited time, 3 days before that time partner will receive an email with a warning that his posting will expire, if he does not respond and extend the position it will be automatically removed. The unique partner numbers, offer or wanted postings number [ auto numbering] will be connected to all postings of a partner. Moderator must be able to enter the partner file with contact details and all postings of partner by using his partner id or the postings number. All this has to be extremely user friendly. Partners can post, update, their postings freely, postings will be published after they are checked by our moderator. We do need a sign in for partner section on the home page. Also we do need a become a partner button where companies can apply to become a partner, not everybody can become a partner, only when approved by us they will receive an ID, users name and password. • Visitors can use the site free they can scroll trough the information pages and wanted and offer postings. They can respond or ask questions about postings, all responses will come to us and not to the original poster. We will answer all questions and conduct if necessary the sales. Visitors can make wanted postings on the site for free, before they can do that they have to register, only companies with a valid VAT number can make a wanted posting. All postings have to be review and approved by our moderator before they will be published. This is more or less what need, we also thinking about a chat option so visitor can chat directly with one of our sales persons. In the future we also want to have an option for a online auction module to be added to the site. We are not looking for a one time deal, but for a person or company that can give us support and who can build in the future clone website for associated partners that will use our system. Also we are going to provide services for translation, International legal service, Contract templates downloadable, Export inspection services international , Marketing services, web design , hosting and support services. For the last one we are also looking for a good partner. We like to receive a proposal from you including suggestions and ideas, innovative solutions, cost indication and most important a time frame.
