Cyber-nanny App - repost

This project is to write an end-to-end Cyber-nanny or blocking app on Windows. It will block transfers to external devices, (USB, iTunes, etc), prevent upload to on-line sites, prevent access to email, social media sites, prevent printing. This would prevent the user from downloading and installing any 3rd party apps. It would also monitor what the person did, take screen captures, monitor list of apps for illegal or unwanted or unused apps. It would compile details and post them to a centralized server. This is to be done in C++ or C# or Delphi. Must work on Win32 or Win64.
