I'm an experienced Active Directory engineer who had opportunity to work in large scale environments. In my career I gained experience by providing 2nd and 3rd level of support for Windows systems and for AD infrastructure(more then 5 years.). Is SSO needed for internal access only or from the internet as well? Is the Linux app Apache based or other ? Please let me know as my experience is with Apache hosted apps on Linux but could also work with others. Things may change depending on your response as there are many working parts to SSO with MS ADFS which I have learned over the years.
