I need a simple macro for extracting text strings from MS Word 2010 document based on a specific criteria, for example — all text strings between square brackets, quotation marks, etc.; after that, the macro have to merge those text strings to form separate paragraphs (each based on the criteria mentioned above), and finally — place those paragraphs into a specific section of the same document. The script does not have to be universal. We will specify the criteria for extracting text strings at the very beginning.

I understand you need to extract strings contained in [], "" etc and contenate them to form a para. Finally to put them in the same file somewhere. Correct me if I am wrong.
