Autopopulate table data in Wordpress wpDataTables

We are building a tool at [login to view URL] The sample database you see there has these job search fields (STAGED ON BY SEARCH PAGE USED JOB ID JOB TITLE AND URL JOB LOCATION HIRING CO STATUS), and currently they are input manually. We are trying to figure out how we can have that or similar data automatically populated on an as-needed basis from the back-end as we engage with new customers. If you know how to do this, please show me that you can auto-populate something before we connect. We will then work together to develop what we need.
