I would like to hire a WordPress Developer

Hi there, I was looking for a wordpress plugin that does not seem to exist yet. The idea: 1) I have a blog on my website in which I would like to include a poll or a rating, so that users who read the blog can post "I agree", "I disagree", "I have an alternative view and that is ... (please post a comment)". --> easy so far, that exists. 2) I have a newsletter (I use mailchimp), in which I send a teaser of every new blog post and a link to the blog post. --> Easy, too. 3) I would make it possible that users do the voting from within the newsletter while being redirected to the blog post: The buttons "I agree", "I disagree" etc. are buttons with URLs within the newsletter. A click on them directs to the website and casts a vote (and the website says "thank you for your opinion"). The German weekly Newspaper "[login to view URL]" does it that way. 4) The same voting should be possible on the website without the newsletter too. 5) There should be some spam protection with it. I thought about a uid that the plugin produces for each page which is included in the link of the newsletter. You might have better ideas. I have browsed a lot of freeware and payware poll and rating plugins and found only obstacles: - javaScript (does not work in a newsletter) - 2-click-processes (first: choose option, second: click submit) - session cookies The solution could either be an extension of an existing poll or rating plugin or a new one. The catch is: I am a small freelancer as you all are too. I won't be able to finance all of it. On the other hand: I won't need it custom-made for me - it could be a public plugin for everyone to use. So my question is twofold: 1) Do you have an idea how to solve the problem, technically, and a price? 2) AND do you have an innovative idea to share the burden or programming? Time: No hurry - I've lived years without, and I can do that for another half year or year. EDIT: I am flooded with unpersonal, standard invitations without any reference to the project. I will not respond to them, if you don't refer to my project! I will respond to proposals which answer the two questions, give a hint about how you would do it and which idea you have to share costs!
