CSS Web Pages

This job entails creating a CSS / XHTML based front-end UI template files. I’ll be using this for a PHP script that I’m buying. You don’t need to know PHP, but you need to be an expert in CSS and XHTML. If you’ve ever worked on merging CSS templates into PHP scripts, let me know and I’ll also use you for that project as well. You’ll create a basic universal template (with top nav, footer, side navigation, etc.). There’s modules that are used on various pages that are just included into the basic template. These include a login form, registration, search results, advanced search, user profile, etc. I’ve included a document that shows the thumbnails of what needs to be done to give you an idea. Look at the enclosed PDF mockups for a better idea. It’s pretty straight forward. I’ll provide all designs and images for you to create the CSS pages. You’ll also need to clean up some small gif images too. Here’s what you’ll need to do for this project: The pages need to follow XHTML standards and use CSS and DIV tags to structure the site. In other words, it needs to be a table-less website. Needs to work properly on current major browsers, I.E., Firefox, etc. Windows and Mac. You MUST be able to work on this project right away. I MUST have status updates every day. If it looks like you’re not working on the project or making any progress, I’ll have to get a new coder and cancel the project. I will NOT extend the project, instead, I’ll hire a new coder. Sorry. You should be able to get this done in 1 day, 2 max. But just in case, I’m providing a timeline of 3 days. I will pay a 20% bonus if you get this project done, with my sign-off, in 48 hours of acceptance. When submitting a bid, PLEASE provide links to sites you have designed and built. I won’t consider a bid if there isn’t some work to preview. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows, mac, internet explorer 6+ and firefox 2+
