Digital Signage

Design and delivery of a Digital Signage system written in MS WPF. Main components will be Designer/Scheduler and Player. We should be able to design a layout made up off (upto) HD quality videos (up to 3-4), rss , text, clocks etc. This would be saved as a project and then we would be about to schedule start, end times for a number of remote 'player' pcs. Player should receive the project+media files+schedule , unpack and play as required. All played items will needs a auditable trail for client billing.
