Looking for an accountat for a new Offshore Company in Hong Kong

I am opening a new offshore company in Hong Kong. I need someone who has experience in accounting in a limited company. Help me set up a matching accounting software and teach me how to use it. The business is a small one-men show. But still i want to set it up right and need some support. The software can be an online software that is working with multiple currency and matching for my business. My products are sold for different prices (depending on the agreements with my customer and also of their location). The buying and selling price is always in different currencies. My main difficulty is to find a matching program/software. So far i have done everything on Excel and Word files. Most of the softwares i have looked into (such as Quick box, Xero, Zoho) would not let me adjust the invoice the way i want. Here are some of the major problems that i have found: -Article prices cant be saved in different currencies. (I buy many products in one currency but sell it in another currency. No software seams to be aware of this) -Price-lists cant be adjusted for each customer. (different customers have different conditions) -Invoices for bulk orders cant be done. (I dont want to make one bill for every single order. I want to make one bill per months per customer and include all orders from the whole month). It seams all softwares work the same way. Per purchase order you need one invoice. But in my business i will need to have a billing system that allows to include several purchase orders in one bill. Most of my products have a standard price, but they can be modified and the price will then change. Here an example: Product A of #PO999 1x 100 USD Unit Price Total 100 USD But if Product A comes in a different color, the price is different. Now, i don't want to save it as a different product because it is still Product A. I just want to add a sub-product which belongs to the same Purchase Order. Product A of #PO999 1x 100 USD Unit Price Total 100 USD Colored of # PO999 1x 10 USD Unit Price Total 10 USD Now this seams very easy to do, but no software that i looked into would let me add a sub-product nor allows me to invoice multiple orders at the same time. Do you think you can help me out? Do you have a solution for above mentioned problems?
