Affiliate Manager/advisor

Hi there, I am looking for an experienced Affiliate expert to guide the development of a world class affiliate programme for a new luxury brand. The product is targeted at high net worth female market and will be supported by excellent visual and written content, backed up with strong PR. Intial focus is on the UK market and will be followed by the US market and Asia. As this is a new brand we need to establish ourselves quickly. there are strong margins for affiliates - built in to the financial model from the outset. We need advice on the best way to 'hit the ground' with SaaS Affiliate software and/or established networks (including the more exclusive ones). this will be a great project and not a one-off as the business grows... please let me know how your skillset would fit with our requirements.
