I have strong experience in AWS email sending and configurations. Sometimes AWS does not allow to send bulk emails using EC2

Hi, Amazon specifically blocks direct outbound email from servers to stop Amazon's Webservices Public IP's being blocked for Spamming. This is because their public IP are reused between customers, so do not allow email directly out of EC2 unless you are granted permission to do so. There is at least 2 ways around this: 1) We can configure your outbound SMTP traffic from your EC2 instances to relay via SNS service for outbound. 2) We can co-author a use case reason that fits with Amazon's usage policy. I would be happy to help you get outbound email setup via these routes. And help with general Architecture, "How do I do ..." Q/A. Happy to collaborate via Video Conf / Screen-sharing.
