Wordpress Calendar

I need a wordpress calendar that is hosted locally on my site. It should offer both a page on the site that shows a full calendar and a sidebar widget that list the days events on the home page. Both of these are present on the home page of the site and the calendar page (accessible by clicking the calendar in the top right of the homespage). Both work off gcal (gmail). However, they load very slow and the client is seeking a fast calendar. As a result, they would like t local plugin. Project includes installing and setting up local calendar that includes items listed above. Furthermore, current calender entries should be migrated over.
