Framework - Java/Android-Kotlin

Health IT services project scope: Development: Android Framework Development for creating health specific Android apps. Framework will consist of discrete modules based on Object-Oriented Protocol, and power both clinician and patient facing apps. Involves communication with a "standardized" RESTful Server transmitting JSON data models. We will provide API specification and a server sandbox to test and communicate with. Framework will involve separate modules: 1. Requesting Module (API to create and fetch requests) 2. Instrument Module (a name given to "what the clinician has requested the patient for:: example-= "please complete this survey" -- survey is the instrument. 3. Report Module (API to create and fetch reports generated as part of the request by the patient) Development assumes knowledge of OAuth2 protocol, JSON, XML, RESTful and expertise in Java/Android.
