I need a custom Android VPN

Hello everyone, 1) I need you setup a VPN (with proxy) in my virtual private server 2) I want to build an app to access that VPS. I only have the proxy list and I need to have the option to add/edit/delete the proxies, something like proxifier dot com - I need you setup a VPN (with proxy) in my virtual private server - I want to build an app to access that VPS. - I get the option to add/edit/delete the proxies and this action would reflect to my VPN (app) from my Android device - I will get the proxy on my entire device - I can reset my device and I will be able to reinstall my app - will be not listed on Google Play Those "developers" who only can create a small website, stay away. If you have no idea about Android, Proxy servers and OpenVpn, please do not bid. Please don't ask me "How much is your budget". You should know how much your work worth. Thank you for understanding.
