The above provided are layered architerture website. It can be done using both react and angular, although angular would be better suited for this task since designing the complex architecture on it would be a better fit, but we can discuss the pros and cons of both frameworks and you can decide which one would you like to move forward with. On the back end we would need sessions for maintaining a basic visitor info. For database we can go with MySQL or mongodb, but there aren't complex roles so using mongodb would be faster for development but we can always switch to sql based databases if the architecture turns to become complex in future. This is what I believe to be the quick and sturdy approach. Along side the basic development I can also handle deployment of your application at no extra cost.
