We do online training in which we have a mix of 1) on-cam narration (by an actual professional actor who guides participants through the training and delivers content), 2) interactions between on-cam characters (played by actual professional actors) and questions between those. Sometimes, the narrator says things that are completed with on-screen text or diagrams. This time, we would like to replace actors with drawings of characters made by a member of our team. So instead of a film editor, this time we need a 2D animator who will make this all live together, with adding character voices previously recorded in our studios and music when helpful. Animation does not have to be fully fluid. It can be basic. We can expect around 25 minutes of very basic narration (maybe a character change every 10 seconds and text from time to time), and 15 minutes of character interactions.
