Hello. I am a character developer and I use Zbrush all the time. The other softwares that are necessary for do something similar to the example are: 3ds Max or Maya (could be other like cinema or blender but I use these), Marmoset, Photoshop, Quixel Suite or Subtance Painter. For rendering I could use Arnold or V-ray. Well, Actually I am specialized in character animation, I do advanced acting but also I do animations for games that doesnt need acting.
