How to video animation for medical test

I am looking for someone to create an animated how-to video, which would instruct users on the proper way to perform the test. The medical test is a breath test, in which the user need to hold their breath for 10 seconds, blow approximate 3/4 of their held breath into the room and then fill the bag with their remaining breath. Video does not need to be long. Just long enough to instruct on the proper procedure. We don't want the video exactly the same but you can use it as a guide since the products are similar in function. The animation should be in color, attractive, and possibly fun.
