Game Server Moderation

This will be a server side Moderating Program for the online game Call of Duty. It will connect to the game and it must display the players currently in game in a lostbox per side. There must be a chat box showing the in game text and a textbox to talk in game. It must show the current score for both sides and display what map is being played. Then, there are two tabs of options you can choose that must be written in a specific format to a .txt file. I have included what it needs to sent to and read from. Then it must read from the file on startup. It will need to take the log files and separate what's in them and put parts of the 1 log file into 5 diff categories. They're shown in the program. It needs to have a filter so that when a player says a word in the text file, it kicks them from the server. Then there must be a table where You can input three diff things: Playername, Access Level, & GUID. It needs to have at least 30 rows. You input it through textboxes. The players on the table are Moderators. They can do the commands in-game. I need it to include a working .xml file that has commands that work in-game for mods. The commands are sent to the server. It also needs to send the in-game text and everything from the log file to a irc. Commands made from irc need to work as well. Call of Duty has a way to connect to the server using the ip, port, rcon password. Also, I need an update button in the main menu that reads the program version, then if it's out of date, it says so, then gives the option to download a newer version. It can read from the ftp from my site or w/e it would need to do. I have included in the .zip what I need done and how I want the design to be. The rest of the Info is included in the text file named Program [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The Program must run on Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000. If it works on more, great. It must connect to mirc as well.
