Scraper Amazon DE FR

I want to set up a desktop programme (Windows XP compatible). It will search on Amazon DE (If set as de) and create a csv [login to view URL] It will search on Amazon FR (If set as fr) and create a csv [login to view URL] It will scrape information for the amazon pages.
