OVERVIEW This system will help a business manage its inventory in terms of stock management as well as assigning roles and managing accesses of people using the system. The system will have easy to understand interfaces for each type of users like Admin, Moderator, Manager and general users. Below is an overview of features and flow of the system. FEATURES The Platform will be used for a business to automate the stock/warehouse management functions. This is how the system works: • The system will have four users: Admin, Manager, Moderator, and User • The admin will have overall access in all the system • Moderator, Manager and User will submit registration form and will be registered after Admin’s Approval. They’ll receive their login credentials through an SMS and email • Admin can add and update new departments as well • Admin will have access in all the departments to see everything • The managers, moderators and users will have access to their departments only not all departments • The moderator can add new products in his department but cannot edit added products’ details • The Manager can assign those products to user(s) of any department or to someone outside the company • The admin and manager can edit the products’ details • The admin and manager can assign the products to the users of his department as well as to the users of other departments as well • The system will manage logs for each activity. For example, who edited which product at which time etc.? • The admin can see the activity logs of each department • The manager can see the activity log of his department only • The user can see only his activity logs • The system can scan, generate, and print barcode of product • The system can scan, generate, and print barcode of product which should be printed on 25 x 50 cmm • The moderator, admin, manager can add product and the enter these info (Product photo, serial numbers, name, company, product type/category, colour, quantity, name of person or company who delivered the device, price 1.00, free comment section, product condition (like new, good, broken), add attachment (catalogue pdf, photo, or docx), date or production/expire, and location of the item in which section or cardboard. • The moderators, admin, and managers can export excel sheet report from the system • The system can accept ID photo in the assignment and registration forms. • The system can except attachment in assignment form • The system should work in RTL direction FEATURE LIST Admin Portal (Web) ● Login and Sign up with username and password. Username verification ● Add/edit/remove departments ● View and accept/decline the user request ● Add/edit/remove product and product categories ● Perform reporting on all departments ● Assign products to other users ● View activity in all department Manager Portal (Web) ● Login and Signup with username and password. Username verification ● Assign products to other users ● Perform reporting assigned department ● View activity in his department Moderator Portal (Web) ● Login and Signup with username and password. Username verification ● Add new products User Portal (Web) ● Login and Signup with username and password.
