Take a tab delimited file of tracks ( which would contain Artist Name and track name (this file would originally be created using a service such as: [login to view URL] ) (where you can take a playlist from Spotify and create a csv file, which I can then convert to tab delimited manually) Match with itunes (Now called the Apple Music application) which is essentially a database of my own procured music library (currently containing approx. 150, 000 tracks) and create a new playlist in the application. If it finds something close but not an exact match it should ask me if the one(s) it found are the ones I am intending to add to the playlist and thus allowing me to add those ones. Attached is a sample of how it might look to begin with but is not complete… Let me know if you can do this and if so, let me know if you have any questions on the scope of work, what needs to be delivered….

Hey, looked over your proposal and just wanted to suggest the use of the Apple Music api to build the playlists from you personal library rather than directly interfacing with the app. This way we would be able to multithread the creation of the playlist for heavier bulk imports. And it would process in the background which is always a bonus when it comes to automation. We’d have to restructure a little to have the ‘more than one match which song do you want to add’ to run after all searches have been performed but with some clever use of asobjc we can build a fairly clean UI for you to make an informed decision based on similar matches.
