In order to be, we must know why we are in search of Oneness or just to be aware and mindful. Then secondly we must look deeper within to find out how can we look within without any exerted effort organically find the Oneness, mindfulness, and awareness. Finding the search for why we need to be is a lot easier than most make it be. It is an emptiness within regardless of the tangible flamboyant things we own, the fancy titles we get, the fame, all the conveniences we seek, and comforts we achieve do not fulfill this hole within. For some of us, this gap or emptiness rushes out of us earlier in life while for the majority it becomes obvious between the age of 35 to 45. For the majority the emptiness within becomes a realization once they have fulfilled most of their ordinary life purposes, they go through the schooling, they experience their fantasies, they party till their hearts' desire, they go through career opportunities, they get married and they create beautiful children and then What? Then they get the feeling of an emptiness within that can not and will not be fulfilled from outside. Unfortunately, most of us keep on searching for it from outside. This is why most go through hell and back, some reach out to illegal drugs, alcohol, prescription drugs, eating disorders, gambling, shopping and many other recreational activities just to numb themselves from outside trying to fill the hole within. Yet the hole gets bigger every time they sober up and then the need gets much worse and they want even more of the same solution that could not fix them in the first place.
