ASP-Based Email Interface (POP3/SMTP)

I am looking for someone who can provide an ASP-based email interface (using my design templates) to allow a user to view a list of messages in their inbox, read messages (download attachments), and reply-to/send messages. I have already built the login/security - assume that I can pass you the email account / password and mail server info. Upon logging in, the list page should load the sender/subject/date information from the email account. While the page loads all emails, I would like it to compare senders against the users address book and flag messages from senders that match (sorting them at the top of the list). Basic functions should include ability to delete a message (not from mail server - just from the local database) and the ability to flag and sort messages into folders. Data will be stored in a MySQL database. Upon clicking a message, the page should display the message body and attachment(s) for the selected email. The user can reply or compose a new message. Basic functions should include an address book (I will handle the page to add/edit the addresses) and the ability to attach files to the email. This is pretty rough - if you have questions, please ask. FYI, I own Ipswitch IMail 8.1 and ASPEmail licenses - you are welcome to provide a solution that utilizes either of those applications. I am open to other suggestions or purchasing/customizing inexpensive solutions that already exist (although ASP and MySQL are mandatory).
