Split mp3 file of a concert into several songs

I have a 2'5h mp3 file (135 MB, 44.1kHz, 128kbps) of a live concert with about 20 songs. I would like to have it split in as many mp3 files as the number of songs the concert has. All of the resulting mp3 files will need a fade in at the beginning and a fade out at the end, while people is clapping. The intros of the speaker have to be considered also as independent mp3 files. The parts where the singer is explaining each song have to be put at the end of the previous song. Very easy job. Thanks
