As part of my day job (ignoring my 10+ years experience as a freelance sound engineer with a degree in music technology from the London College of Music), I work with 16-18 year olds helping them to figure out the notes and chords of songs in order to perfectly replicate the song in every way using MIDI. With this kind of daily experience, the task of replicating vocal lines into MIDI data will be no trouble. Using my ear, as well as with assistance from note recognition software, I will be able to deliver this project within a day. I will provide you with a synth-based audio track for each vocal, as well as raw MIDI files (for importing into any piece of software). I have experience doing this sort of thing in Ableton Live. Using Live's built in tools, I'd convert the melody of the provided a cappellas to midi, and then clean them up by ear. From start to finish, the process should take about an hour for all 6 tracks. Perhaps slightly longer if they include harmonies.
