Redraw/Modify existing plan to fit new location

Hi. I have a floor plan for a existing commercial space. We are needing it modified to fit a new office location. The new space is a couple feet longer and wider. The new space has 4 bathrooms in the center of the office at the back wall so that would have to be considered as we don't want the cost of moving the plumbing around. One of those bathrooms will need to become a laundry room so somewhere in that area I need a closet with 4-5 shelves. None of the bathroom locations on the original plan will be used. I have attached some PDF files showing the original drawing, the new space (its 2 suites, so the center wall between the suites will be demolished), and a couple sketches I've done to give you an idea on what needs to be redrawn. I'm no artist - sorry :) Please give me an idea on time, as I'd like to get this done quickly to begin the bid process.
