Convert AutoCad Condo drawings to 3D in Revit

I have the attached Autocad model and drawings of a ~3400 ft^2 condo I want modeled in Revit. The slab thickness is 8". The overall height of the floor - from cement to cement is 132" The outline of the unit is 8" CMU blocks. The interior walls are metal studs with drywall. The units should be in inches. For this initial project I am looking for the following details: 1. Internal walls, external walls, and support columns 2. Doors and windows. 3. 3 - 20" x 20" vents that go from floor to ceiling 4. Stairs going down to the floor below (Floow below has a height of 128") 5. Railings on terraces and on stairs. 6. Kitchen cabinets, appliances, and counters. 7. Bathroom fixtures, showers, counter tops, and cabinets. 8. Cabinet and grill on Screen Terrace #1 9. Cabinents, sink, countertop and appliances in the Lanudry room. 10. Sanitary system - details on Sheet 6. This is a first pass on getting a model together "As built". I'm not worried about cabinet colors, textures, etc. Just trying to get the current general layout in. At this stage, I do not need: Electrical, HVAC, hot/cold water, fire, gas. Please suggest 3 or 4 different milestones for the project and your timeline.
