A candidate should have prior knowledge in Wind and Load calculations on steel structures to work with clients like AT&T, Verizon, Crown Castle clients. Qualification [login to view URL] (Civil/Mechanical) should have specialization in Steel Structural Design/Analysis (either by education or work) Job Description: Understanding the customer's specification and delivery needs Perform Steel structural analysis and design using different design software, while leading the team. Verification of the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, calculations, and reports. Working on the preparation of bill of materials and bar bending schedules. Delivery of structural engineering services that meet customers and regulatory specifications. Skill Sets: RISA 3D AutoCAD 2D & Civil 3D Responsibilities: Analysis and design of steel structures like lattice towers, monopoles, rooftop towers/poles, tower rested mounts, and its foundations, which includes the validation of new and existing structures. Preparation of structural design reports, while Performing design quality checks. Verifying design details and GA drawings in accordance with the design intent. Mentoring the team to meet the delivery expectation of clients. To liaise with clients daily or weekly basis and attend monthly meetings with them to address the issues on site. While working as an individual contributor, need to lead a team and review their performance. So that all the deliveries will be on time.
