A SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) is EPS (Expanded PolyStyrene) or "syrofoam" which is laminated to plywood, or OSB (Oriented StrandBoard) or other materials. The size is 3 inches thick (76mm) (of EPS), + adhesive, + 1/4 inch (5.3mm) "hardboard" x 1220x2440mm
