301 redirect domain name issue

Hello, I’ve changed the domain name of our website two months ago using 301 redirect. I added a wildcard redirect through cpanel, now a wildcard redirect just mean it rewrite all urls that [login to view URL] domain including subdirectories. i also added a with or without www condition : RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^domain\.com$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.domain\.com$. So if anything match normal or www domain, it do the redirect. Now after two months, i’ve discovered that around 35k urls of our website not redirecting from .com to .net. I need an expert to look on what we did, and fix the issue. Thanks,
