I need a listing website where I can list all my service providers contacts, address,few photos related to the work and ratings bar with neat UI & UX

Basically, i want you to create a Platform like justdial( You can google for reference) Backend : Any service provider can create account their in my site --> login --> Submit their details(Contacts, Address, Work they do with photos for proof, business identity number( mandatory)-->Get listed. Frontend : It should show all the service providers listings with various filters. I need a website with above requirements with neat User interface and User Experience. Imp : Ours is startup company,hence we don't have good money to invest in. Hence,.we are looking for a website developer at low budget.
