Niagara Ecovillage - 3 D Project Site Plan

I am looking for someone to create a 3D site plan of the attached concept plan. This is a sustainable development project that uses passive house design principals. It includes a park, pond for stormwater management, 81 townhouses as shown in the attached rendering, two 4 story 12 unit apartment buildings, and a larger building that has a retail grocery store on the first floor with a 6 story residential building above. Imagine green roofs, solar, large windows, natural habitat, permeable pavement, with electrical charging stages for vehicles. This is a great project for the right person and artistic credit will be provided in the Buffalo News and throughout New York State.
