Installing multiple PowerMTA on 30 servers, each one with several IPs

In addition to a previous project of having Interspire on one big server and the PowerMTA on small server, we need now additional small servers for the PowerMTA, coming to 30 VPSs in total. You need to install the small servers with the PowerMTAs, connect them to the Interspire server, set the DKIM, SPF, feedback loops, a bounced server, rDNS, and all the settings that are needed to rotate the VPSs and IPs in relation to the Interspire, for the sending of 1.5 to 2 million emails per day with maximum inboxing. You need to make sure the system is working properly and functioning perfectly, to set the email sender and email reply mail boxes on each server.
