We are also planning to provide any commercial building, house cleaning services which will offer detail cleaning of business and houses ranging deferent pricing to include extra stuffs that not part of package. 3. Cleaning service for restaurants and hotel. which includes Lot/windows/ rooms/power washing Drive way. 4. Mobile car detailing. which will offer service at your house in your garage car detailing in front of you. Customer base: 1. Targeting customers on initial period will be fast food restaurants as they are mainly need hood cleaning frequently. which will get us some cash flow to work to words all other services. Also have contract from some McDonalds in town. 2. Country side customers that has decent garage and money to spend for car/ house cleaning. as they are less likely to come and seat in city while they get car cleaned. 3. Residential buildings/ small offices/ commercial building/condos would be targeted for all other cleaning services which will also get us some contacts for other services. 4. Big stores for their nightly cleaning services as they out source this service in town. Plan for expansion: Vision is to have business service that offers everything a person or business need in their day to day activity or monthly requirements. which offers constant cash flow with all the essential needs. Goal is to have good amount of crew and manager that can run entire region on their own and I can start expanding to another regions mean while. I would also use this revenue to build a another field that will be all on digital platform That will offer all the services for any immigrant need after or before landing in Canada.
