program in Cuda for generating random number and sorting

I would like to have a program for my computer with intel I7 and Geforce 1660TI card and windows 8.1 The program must generate billions of random seriations (from 1 to 99) to 6 items. Example: 99 88 92 91 8 97, (named seriation) then research my max 5 seriations given, which may vary 1 2 3 4 5 6 98 91 23 97 56 9 92 91 90 57 82 1 16 78 92 94 95 93 11 84 98 97 96 93 Search among those generated randomly and stored in memory and once found puts them in a text file. I want to exploit the cores of the intel I7 and 1660TI processor the power of the Geforce Nvidia card by writing the program with CUDA in parallel programming with trhead. Normally the time taken is many hours, I would like to buy time and have the result in few seconds or minutes
