Create an Web API 2 with Net Framework4.8

I need an Web API that is running on NET Framework 4.8. I have one Model library project in NET Standard 2.0. I have one Repository library Project in .NET Standard 2.0 using an 32 bit DLL file (Should be placed in C:\Temp). All sourcecode and DLL is attached in files. You can use whatever DI-nuget as you wish, (Unity, AutoFac or whatever) No change are allowed in Model nor Repository, its only getting the DependencyInjection in my default Web API 2 project that is the scope. <ISupplierRepository, SupplierRepository> Then in controller I need to be able to do this List<Supplier> _items = [login to view URL](); So I get a list of my 10 dummy Suppliers. Since this is a very small project I want someone that can do it right away or latest the next day. What I expect to get delivered is a zipfile with the VS-project running. If I have set ProgramVersion to 1 in webconfig I should get the 10 dummy suppliers If I have set ProgramVersion to 4 in webconfig I should get an error that the programversion is invalid.
