Hello, sir. I've more than 15 years of experience in C# and I write clean code with great performance. I've used AForge before. It specifically has grayscale class for this. Converting the whole image to the GIF and then taking the first frame of it will not be helpful as some other freelancer mentioned. Your image size is huge. Let me know if you are interested.

⭐⭐⭐✨✨ Hi I can finish your project in a short time. GDI+ has an image encoder for GIF files. That's a graphics format that has only 256 colors, the encoder must limit the number of colors. It uses a dithering algorithm that's suitable for photos. I recently implemented that kind of projects with another client and the result was perfect.
