I have an Excel spreadsheet that I would like to convert to a web app. It is a fairly complex spreadsheet with lots of formulas. It is based on Ebays file exchange file for uploading items to ebay. I want to convert it to a web app so that I can use Ebays API to upload my pictures directly to Ebays Picture Service when I am posting the item.
